  After getting a quote and hirering this company the men came and did as I asked. It was after they loaded my belongings that they changed the quote and added another $400. I showed them my displeasure so they decided to rush the unloading so the $$ would be less. By doing this they asked if they could NOT lay down floor protection so they could get the job done more quickly. My response was as long as you do not scratch the floors. Soooo they scratch d the floors!! We filed a damage report. They said someone would contact me in 3-4 days. Its been 3 weeks and I havent heard a word!! Apparently they dont care about customer satisfaction or their property. ????

  They did everything I warned them couldn't be done. My ex-husband hired them to move some things out of my home. They would not provide me with insurance information at all even though this is my house and my financial responsibility until I got an attorney involved! I warned them the attic was not safe..... Well they made the smallest guy go up there and as I am sure you can guess he fell through the ceiling! I told them nothing big will come out of the finished basement due to the stairs, the movers told my ex-husband this. He called the office and threw a fit. They called the movers and told them to get the furniture out of the basement. So, in return my walls and floor are completely torn up. They made the movers break not only company policy but also the law by taking a golf cart full of gas and oil in an enclosed trailer that is not for hazardous material. They told the movers they are fine because they are not passing a weight scale! This was being moved 4 hours away, and put the movers lives and lively hood at risk as well as all of the drivers on the road! This company does not care about their employees or anyone else who is not giving them money. These movers were put in dangerous situations both physically, emotionally and financially! If they got pulled over on this 4 hour drive, it is not the company that would be hurt, it is the worker that would take the fall and lose their license! I can't believe a company would treat their workers and customers they way they do. It is extremely scary for the workers and their families to be forced to do things that are dangerous and/or illegal!

  This was a divorce move and we were hired by the husband to move a specific list of approved items. Parties involved were not present but had a representative present. Cannot provide any private information pertaining to this move. Items were removed from the house.  One item was in the garage attic.  Movers foot did make a hole in the ceiling and there were some scratches in the stairwell. Our vendor was contacted right away and he has reached out to ******************************* by phone and text multiple times/days and has not received a response.  We took responsibility for these the day of the move and have been working to resolve. She can reach out to the vendor to get the repair scheduled or contact our office if their information is needed.

  Sept *****. ARRIVED WITHOUT BOX MARKERS..USED MINE!!2. One Team member replaced as he KEPT LABELING BOXES WRONG3. TEAM LEADER was NOT RESPECTFUL 4. MY CARPET GOT SOILED & WAS NOT CLEANED 5. USED & NEVER REPLACED SOME OF MY WARDROBE BOXES 6. WERE PD TO UNLOAD BUT HAD TO RETURN TO UNPACK SOME ??I WAS TOLD RUDELY: WE DONT UNPACK as all I really needed was my kitchen TOASTER OVEN??6. 2 OF MY ANTIQUE DRESSERS WERE MISALIGNED DURING MOVE??ETC ETC WHEN I CALLED TO FIX PROBLEMS:THEY WERE RUDE & USED MY DAUGHTER IN CA., TO DISPUTE MY COMAINTS AND REPAIRED NOTHING NOR ANY REFUND?????? BE AWARE OF WHAT TEAM YOU HAVE

  Both the junk removal team and home moving team are made of great people who work efficiently and really make the effort to care about how best to handle your belongings. I intend to keep using their services for all moving assistance.

  I had a move and junk removal on October 28. The team mistakenly disposed of part of my recliner unintentionally. I told the gentleman that if I couldn't get the chair back to take with them. I was assured that they could retrieve it. I did not seek any credits or anything because I was told someone would contact with the back of my recliner Monday with next steps no one contacted me I had to reach out.I contacted the ******************* and was told a ********** rep would contact me regarding the back of my chair.My drawers were taken out and put back in incorrectly which made a drawer jam. They did come out and fix the drawer .I was not initially offered a credit for the inconvenience which was ok until I was not able get the back of the chair.I was inconvenienced regarding having to modify my schedule to be home. I don't have my chair and the communication has not been acceptable I have not been followed up with like discussed.I spent a substantial amount for the junk removal and the move . I have been a customer since 2019. I am not satisfied being offered only a mere 100 dollars and they came and got the chair.I declined that offer and they offered 300 and I had to follow up 2 times via text and one time via phone for a manager to have no remorse and exhibit poor customer service and offer me 300 stating that due to depreciation she would not go over that amount. I cannot replace the chair for that amount and frankly it doesn't even cover what half of what I spent for the junk removal let alone the move. I paid for movers to ensure my items were safe and secure and in the event things did happen I would be compensated. I am not satisfied at all and will no longer support this business and refer individuals.

  The movers were great. They got here early. Worked fast, very fast and efficiently. They did a great job and everything moved was a perfect as they received it.

  The entire experience was great. Most important were the two young men doing the move. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, caring and hard working. The office staff were also great to work with. Id definitely recommend Two Men And a Truck to anyone planning a move!

  Used a two-man crew to move out of a storage unit and into a new house. Movers were highly professional, careful, and communicative throughout the entire process. Best moving company I have ever used.
