    Very poor customer service via ******. I asked 2 simple questions about a high priced item I was interested in buying and was treated like more of a bother than a customer. This leaves very little faith in after purchase customer service. Will be looking elsewhere.

    If you are going to buy an expensive guitar from Eddies think twice, actually more than twice, don't do it. I have purchased about 20K from them in the past before Eddies little boy took over, and at that time, it was clear sailing and everything was fine... but that quickly all changed with the little son taking over lookout. The son is a real... Let's just say a bad actor, and not be trusted in any way... ****, who you deal with exclusively, and actually is your legal sales representative, has always been great, but he has absolutely zero control, none, over anything so whatever you do do not trust anything he says... I got a **** dollar ********* guitar that was totally defective and could not be played without hand pain, and I sent it back, with ****'s blessing, and the son suddenly steps into the picture, says that **** did not say this, and did not say that, and... **** does not answer the phone or return calls, he just disappears, the son will not connect you to ****, says he will be out for a few days, blah, blah, blah... and the son charges you a 10% restocking fee and shipping, then tells you lies about what **** said, etc... They will never mention this change of policy, or tell you this even exists as store policy. In numerous 15-minute phone calls, nothing said... it is their hidden secret. Really who in their right mind would buy an expensive guitar knowing they would be charged a 10% restocking fee as any guitar player knows, they all sound different, some good, some bad. Yet, Eddies advertises all over the net how great and safe it is to buy an expensive guitar from Eddies... even talks about how important it is to play the guitar in your own home and be able to decide if you like it... and then tells you, you will only be charged for shipping... the new owner is a distrustful and "very bad bad man," taking a line from Seinfield. *******, I have a friend in ******* that spent over 60K over the years and they did the same thing to him...

    I purchased a Martin Modern Deluxe OOO-42, and it was an excellent experience. Competent, quick and a great deal. I highly recommend.
