    My car was repaired at Dave Sinclair Ford Collision anfter *** anccident. Upon completion I was told my car needed another several thousand dollars of work. I found this to be suspicious so I got a second opinion from a trusted friend who is an auto mechanic. He said this work was unnecessary and told me not to replace the part, there was no indication that the part was failing. He also pointed out that the dealership put used parts in my car for repair. Also, the dealership did not repair two of my sensors that were damaged in the accident even though i pointed out the error message of the sensors to them when i dropped the vehicle off. My glove compartment fell out completely once I got my car back home. This was working fine when I dropped the car off.The experience with this dealership was frustrating and disappointing. I have little faith in their abilities or integrity.

    I towed my car there for new transmission. They made me pay entire amount up front. Six weeks later I have no car and they want even more money. I believe they are cheating me and taking advantage of my disability.

    I bought my vehicle here in 2019. Intentionally paid with cashiers check to avoid credit/financing/excessive intrusion into my personal information.(I'm a former saleperson, I know how this info is used for interest rates, marketing and solicitatation etc. Upon purchase I advised my sales person I want to opt out of all non-essential communication. Safety issies, sure..But I dont want your junk mail. What did I start getting via ***** Tire specials, oil change specials, trade in specials. Had I guy named ******* see my ****** review and reach out to help. Advised all my info is blocked as viewable from the dealership. Now a year later I get "I want to buy your car" mailers from *************************, sales manager. Get 1 every other month. Even sent 1 back with a nasty letter. Just got another request to buy my car from ****************** yesterday. Not sure what DO NOT SOLICIT means to your company, but to me it means STOP SENDING ME MAILINGS. I wont even take my car in for multiple recalls due to the fear of my info going into service and back into the marketing machine as a result...Seems your slogan "If its not right, we'll make it right" Is a bunch of baloney. Too many other dealerships that follow thru on promises than to deal with these jokers.

    I was appalled when the service department told me that I could not get my 2020 Escape Hybrid in for a safety recall for a potential engine compartment fire until January 3, ****! What has happened to the service department? Is not a potential engine fire serious enough to make room in the schedule for an apparently simple fix?I took the car to Sunset, down the road, and they made the repair the very next day. I bought my car from **** Sinclair in 2020...But...I guess I'm done with **** Sinclair now...

    Brought me an hour away, for an appointment that was set the night before, and sold the truck as I was driving to the dealership. I would leave zero stars if it was available. Do NOT do business with this dealership!

    I went to Sinclair to get a new car. I told the salesman I wanted a new car and he brings me a used car and didnt even let me look at the cars like I have done with my other two cars. He told me if I did not like the vehicle I have 30 days to return it. The salesman did not know what he was doing he made me sign all of the paperwork wrong which I had to go back up there to resign all of them. I told him I wanted everything that was included in my other 2 cars which included the sales tax. I went to the dmv to get new plates and they told me I owe 933 dollars for sales tax which was suppose to be covered at the dealership. I spoke to a manager and he told me that I was complaining and he will have to figure out what to do. Worst salesman and manager I have ever dealt with. Called to talk to the boss he will not call me back after numerous attempts.

    Bought a truck 30 days ago. A certified **** vehicle. I have only had the truck in my possession for 10 out of 20 days. I have had to take it back to the shop 4 times now.When I first started to look at trucks, two sales guys were fighting over their commissions and who was taking me as a client. But I decided to move forward with one of them. It was super unprofessional,When I first brought my truck home, The truck was leaking in my drive way. And I turned it in asap. First problem they said was transmission was messed up. They said they fixed it. Second time it went to the shop they had to tow it because it wouldnt start, they said they fixed it, third time it was in the shop the engine was rattling so much we thought the truck was gonna blow up, they said it is a normal feature on the 5.0. And now the fourth time, the check engine light is on and engine is still rattling so bad it drowns out my radio and thats all you can hear when you press the gas.The only thing they said I could do is buy a more expensive truck or wait until the truck blows up. I traded in my car for their truck and now that I signed for the truck and have dealt with all these problems they wont do anything.The sales manager said I have 30 days to buy a new one or he will give me less for what I bought the truck for. I have lost money, time, and energy dealing with this broken truck they sold me and kept assuring me they fixed it. 4 times inthe shops and its getting worse.This has been the worse experience and I will not be buying from this dealer again. I feel like I got scammed.
