    Total scam, as I was shopping for a Jeep, they advertise between 6K and 9K dollars in discounts. But, the buyer must pay between 7K and 10K dollars for a down payment! This is such a scam to draw customers in thinking they are going to get some great deal. But the evidence shows the total opposite! There is no discount here, they off-set the discount (loss) by forcing the buyer to pay a higher downpayment. Typical car dealership sales scam to rip folks off! I will not do business with this car dealership! Too bad I cannot upload pictures that further prove my point.

    The experience of Buying two different vehicles from them wasnt bad.. we had ****** with both vehicles.. down fall was service department could of been better, and needs major work on communication.. eventually we will end up going back to them to trade the cruze for something else.. but the meantime.. enjoyable..

    4/18/23 I went to pick my wife and kids up from the service center after work. we took our 2022 Jeep Cherokee L in for a oil change and tire rotation. My wife went in when I pulled up behind her Jeep and set her keys down by the service advisor while this was happening I was behind the Jeep while it was on with the kids inside, not even a few minutes later the service driver or whoever comes up and grabs the keys without saying anything to my wife. I’m behind the Jeep grabbing my kids, I’m putting one in my truck, the other is still in the Jeep. The service driver comes and grabs the Jeep without looking in the back seats or anything, he had to of inspected inside as he adjusted the seats and mirrors. But doesn’t look at the back seat for my child. He drives off and pulls the car upfront with my daughter still in it. I tried to get his attention but he jumped in another car and drove off. We told the service advisor the whole story he kept apologizing. When we came back to pick up our Jeep we informed the service manager **** ******* about the incident. The outcome came out to him asking us if we left the kid in the car and how it just seemed it was a blame towards the customer for doing so. As I was behind my Jeep trying to get my kids! I kept saying you are trying to blame the customer for leaving the kids in my own car, he insisted no body does it and they aren’t trained to look in the car “although the driver adjusted the seat and mirrors.” He kept asking if we left the kids in the seat and got frustrated and stated he can’t have a genuine/serious conversation with me. Absolutely terrible customer service and experience. First time I’ve met Mark ******* and it was not good at all. Very disappointed in the dealership in trying to us for leaving kids in the car while I was trying to grab them. It happened 2 hours before we spoke to him why was it not handled Asap? Your driver drove away with OUR KID in OUR CAR, you don’t get to tell me where I can leave my kids.
