DO NOT BUY A CAR FOR THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I purchased a car from this dealership a year ago and ever since i bought the car it has given me issues. I hadnt even had the car for 24 hrs before my engine light came on, I brought it back to them and they claimed they fixed a thermostat but they never did because now the car is having engine issues due to their being no thermostat. Not only that, the car has needed a new radiator and the fluids where black when I purchased the vehicle which shows the dealership didnt even bother to make sure the car was in good shape. I should not be responsible for these costly repairs I only had the car for a year and barely put ***** miles on the car. I constantly call but no one returns my calls its like they are avoiding me. Very disappointed with dealership and sales people! Sold me a used SUV with BAD tires! I tried to get them to replace but stated tires passed inspection. Took to two other car places they said who sold you that car with those tires! (Tire center was appalled that I drove off with them.) Car was not ready to be sold BAD smoke smell and **** in windshield. ********** was replaced by them 3 weeks later.Sales person acted like I was doing him a favor by buying the car. Stating if I ask for new tires and windshield replacement would I buy the car. How rude and no compassion towards me whatsoever. Loan assistance mad me feel inferior and kept talking me out of putting money down and made me buy oil change package and put on a 7% loan for 4 years. This is the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with.I will tell NO one to go there ever. It took me two months of not sleeping to get over how I was treated. They never mentioned I could look at the cars history to which it had several problems. No help and I explain to sales guy this would be my forever car, since I retired and now on social security. I want to help others to not made the same mistakes I did. I ended up purchasing 4 new tires at over $1000 SO this was NOT a good deal as they kept telling me. I am so sorry to hear that you had a bad buying experience. The vehicle your purchased was preowned but it went through a certified preowned vehicle inspection. The star in the windshield had been repaired and did pass the Nissan certification. However we did agree to replace it per your request at the time of the sale. I am sorry for the delay. The tires did pass the certification which is 5/32 - 8/32 on each tire .Meaning that had to have at minimum 1/2 the thread left. The interest rate is just the current rate and very competitive. We simply offer financing it is NOT a requirement to finance through us.The maintenance package was purchased at the time of the sale at a discounted rate. That package can be cancelled and refundable for any unused portion, If you are interested in doing that please contact me. Beware when dealing with the finance person. They will scam you and not tell you they are adding on a bunch of c*** DO NOT GET ANY OF IT. Especially the *** insurance which they will push because they get a cut. When you actually do need to file a *** claim because your car was stolen or totaled, it will be a nightmare and be prepared to wait months to get paid. They will drag it on forever. The person will tell you their *** insurance is "better." Again, a scam. Their finance person also performed 8 hard inquiries which hurt my credit score. BEWARE. Sales rep continued to text/call/send vehicle options for over 6 months. I actually complimented his relentless tenacity. Finally I agree to come in.-possibly 5k down which I had in hand -Credit score of 62O+ &-almost zero debt -vehicle ready & running out front. We sit down for 2 min at his desk & then take off. I had to drive as he couldnt drive a stick. Agreed on the vehicle.Back to his ********* proceeds to type in some personal info to Fill out the test drive waiver and start the purchase process. Still no exact price of the vehicle neither stated verbally or in writing. Confused at the waiver as we just got back from the test drive? 10 Min waiting to return with paperwork on the sale *************** Returns stating that I have to have 5k in cash to get the sale price.. What is the sale price? He says BRB An old woman approaches asking about my situation with *********. Claims no clue about their class action guilty verdict settlement of unfair auto lending practices. Old woman Standing over me says we need 10k down to purchase or you need to choose a newer vehicle.Dumbfounded+My dog sitting ************ nowhere to be found. A short, surly gentleman appears & says he is the regional sales supervisor you can only purchase the vehicle at an all cash offer or leave. Still unclear on the sale price. I called the next day 1 time to speak to ****/**** anyone for clarification.***************** on me & directed **** to threaten me with legal action for harassment.My credit was hard hit 8 times.old woman stated it was only 6 times after asking while my phone started alerting me on pulls.Old woman said my score @ 544 and my Bstatements werent enough proof of ********** am too risky unless I purchase newer vehicle.My score is provably over 620+.Never asked for bank statements which would easily sufficed. There is nothing we would not do the exact same way if doing it again.We were able to get a loan with $7,700 down and a $2200 Lender FeeVery close to the $10,000 **** (The OLD Lady) said it would probably require. I purchased a Used 2020 Murano. I was told I needed to put down $500.00 to be put in the 2020 Murano. I have signed paperwork of the purchase with the $500 I was told needed down.. After two months I received a call from Suntrup asking me to return the car because I couldn't afford it and the bank didn't approve the car. I returned the car and was told I would be receiving my $500.00 back in a week. I'm wanting to know why I had to return my car? I want to know how I drove off car lot. *********, we are sorry that the car deal did not work out. Unfortunately, we have to send in all of the documents to the bank once we sign paperwork for them to verify all of the information. The bank looked at the pay check stubs and there were deductions that they took out of the income calculation. We can only go by the income you provide on the credit application and if the paycheck stubs look correct then we proceed with processing the paperwork. At the end of the deal, the bank is holding the loan and they go through all of their verification processes, verifying job time, verifying proof of residence, and verifying the income is exactly what we had on the credit application. In this case, they did not count garnishments that were coming out of your pay. We are very sorry that you had to bring the vehicle back it is never our intention to sell a car and have to get it back. I found a 2019 Camry on their website that had all the features we needed and chatted with them online about it and setup an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I called and verified it had all the options we needed because we live a hour and 50 minutes away and they verified it did. We drove over there to find out that it in fact didn't have the listed options and they already knew this but was told it was just accidentally listed on their website. We were then told "they did have more expensive cars that had the options we wanted." I think this was nothing but a bait and switch to get ** over there because we are now out about 4 hours and a lot gas over a lie on a vehicle. They were out nothing but a sales pitch for higher priced cars. In my opinion they can not be trusted.Suntrup Nissan Volkswagen

*****, we are sorry for the confusion, we always strive to have completely accurate descriptions on our sites but with all of the technology sometimes there are errors. Our operator unfortunately did not double check the options and we are sorry you had to waste a trip. I know at the time, they did offer to install the heated seats and I'm sorry that it was not going to be convenient for you to get done due to the fact you live so far away. I would be more than happy to at least reimburse you for gas for the trip over.
