I wanted to leave a comment on my recent experience with Advanced Ergonomics. I had to open a warranty claim on my chair I purchased a few years ago. I emailed them to see what could be done with the chair. It unfortunately turned out to be a manufacture defect. ********************* at Advanced Ergonomics made the process super easy by working with the manufacturer on getting me my replacement parts shipped to my home at no cost to me. They were also willing to arrange for a contractor to come to my home and install the parts at no cost to me. The whole process took 1-2 weeks. Very happy to have purchased my chair with Advanced Ergonomics as I can trust that if something should ever go wrong, they will help.
