  I rate this course zero stars. It was disorganized and deceptive. Despite promises, I received no refund. It cost me considerable time and money. The material was presented sloppily and lacked clarity for non-experts. Parts seemed directly copied from a law book without any simplification. Conversely, Real Estate U on ******* offered the same content, explained in a more digestible manner, at no cost."What is the commission? Answer: **************** This statement is peculiar. It appears that there was a lack of proofreading by the creator.The program advertises "mentors" and live chats with instructors. However, they fail to mention that instructors are only available during typical work hours, not when most have time to study real estate. Additionally, sessions are often not recorded. On the few occasions I could join a live chat, the instructor would admit to not knowing the rules of my state, only theirs. This results in a session focused on another state's laws, which is not the promised help.I decided to invest in the course after seeing positive reviews on *******. However, once I signed up, I discovered they were offering $25 or $50 Amazon gift cards to individuals who could recruit others using a specific code. This led me to realize that the reviews were fake and the offer was a scam.

  We are sorry you did not have a positive experience with our company and were not satisfied with the quality of the course curriculum. We researched the concerns noted in the complaint and reviewed your account. You enrolled in the 75-hour Georgia Pre-License Course 11/28/2020 and the course expired 5/27/2021. You were at 30% progress within the course at the time of expiration and have not attempted to resume/extend the coursework since that time. It is our goal to support our students on their journey to achieving their career goals and to provide them with quality service and a quality product. We work to ensure the quality of our content through periodic curriculum reviews but clearly in this instance there may have been areas of content requiring additional review. We take the feedback from our students very seriously and often proactively solicit their feedback to identify opportunities to improve/enhance our course content and student experience. Over the last 3 and a half years since you originally enrolled, we have released 2 new/updated versions of the GA Pre-License Course. The most recent course update features effective and engaging content, interactive learning components, new instructional videos, and much more. In addition to the required course curriculum, we offer live instructor Q&A sessions which are designed to cover confusing and difficult to understand real estate topics. These sessions do not cover state specific content. They cover national information, so students from all states can attend. Students do have the ability however, to reach out to their designated state instructor for assistance with state specific topics. Our designated GA state instructor provides regular support to students; helping them with test anxiety, understanding content, and understanding the Georgia real estate market as a whole. We also try to meet the varying scheduling needs of our students by offering live sessions several times a week with sessions in the morning/afternoon/evenings. We sincerely apologize again that our product/course curriculum did not meet your expectations and wish you the best in your future real estate endeavor.

  I'm just here the say Mckissock is a big scam. They have literally 'acquired' every competitor in the market, so I really have no choice left on who I give my CE money to. Mckissock likes to offer 'packages' -unnecessary packages that last 2 years. As my renewal is every OTHER year, I don't need a 'membership' or 'packages'. If you decide to pay for the classes individually and NOT get a membership, it will cost you over $950.00 -and that is for ONE RENEWAL. I have renewed my license EIGHT TIMES and have NEVER paid more than $350 for the ONE RENEWAL. They will not refund your money even though they give you no option to pay a FAIR RATE for their classes. In the past I would avoid anything that was related to McKissock, as I only took classes by LOCAL EXPERTS; however, since Mckissock has bought out all of the competition, they now have a MONOPOLY, and people like myself have no options. Mckissock needs regulation.

  We reviewed the students account, 9/12/2022 student purchased the annual renewal membership under a 2-year contract for $399 per year. The student contacted us on 9/12/2023 and wanted to break the contract. Resolution Taken We spoke with the student on 9/12/2023 and advised her on the 2-year contract that she purchased. To resolve the situation, we advised the student that we could break the contract, but she would have to pay the cost of the courses individually which amounts to more than the initial 2-year contract. We have canceled the students reoccurring membership payments moving forward.

  I was being charged $260.00 for a subscription annually that I did not sign up for. When I logged into their website my card info wasnt on there and I had to call them to figure out what happened. They said they would reimburse me 2 years of charges and only refunded me this year. They hurried me off the phone after they said their manager approved last years refund. Saying you made out like a bandit when I didnt authorize this charge initially and was trying to get the charges refunded. I was transferred 6 times before finally talking to the last person. I feel they get this complaint all the time and the reps laugh about it then transfer to another

  Upon review of the account, ************************* purchased the HI McKissock CE Plus Membership product on 11/14/2020 for $156.00 (the product was purchased using a promotional code) from the website. This product, as noted on our website, will auto-renew yearly until canceled by calling our customer contact center. The product auto-renewed on 11/14/2021 at the standard rate of $260.00 and then renewed again on 11/14/2022 at the standard rate of $260.00 - this is working as designed. **************** contacted our contact center on 11/17/2022 to request a refund of the payments from 2021 and 2022. The first refund was processed on 11/14 for $260.00. On 11/19 a refund was processed for $260.00. Given that the first refund was pulled from an invoice that was over a year old it does require certain approvals within our internal system to be able to authorize the transaction. With both refunds being processed in the total of $520.00, **************** has been made whole with regards to the auto-renewal of the membership product purchased. The refunds were approved internally because there was no education purchased or completed with the membership over those two years.
