    My experience with this company was tough. After needing to extend my courses several times and paying for those extensions each time, when I was finally ready to take my first test mid extension, my credentials no longer worked to login. I called and spoke with multiple people and went through all the reset steps with their team on the phone to ensure that it wasn't an issue on my end. Unfortunately, after more than a month, they did not resolve the issue, and I was told I couldn't get a refund for my extension nor for the courses I paid for and never started because I had purchased them too long ago. I would have completely understood the policy if I had just not wanted to complete the courses, but despite wanting to finish and use all the courses, I couldn't because of the login issue.

    Thank you for the valuable feedback provided. We contacted ************** and spoke with her to sincerely apologize for the poor experience she has had over the last 2 months. This is not the type of experience or service we want any of our students to have. Our **************** Team attempted all the common troubleshooting steps typically utilized for student log-in issues. We also escalated the matter to our IT/Engineering team to investigate and were advised that the account was intact, and nothing was amiss. This is a unique situation in that what normally is a quick technical solution proved to be challenging. In our most recent conversation, we assured ************** that this would be escalated back to the IT/Engineering Team to get the issue resolved. We worked with our IT/Engineering team and they identified a way to resolve the login issue, though this took much longer than desired or expected. ************** should have received more timely communication and follow-up on the status of the account issue. We contacted ************** and she was able to get logged into her student account successfully. Due to the inconvenience ************** has suffered, we provided a courtesy 60-day extension on the course she is currently in. We will also be issuing a refund for the last 2 extensions she purchased, totaling $200. Our goal is to provide every customer with quality service, to meet their specific needs, and to do what we can to make it right when we dont. ************** is a valued customer, and we look forward to continuing to support her throughout her real estate educational journey.     I was able to speak with someone at their management level who has been absolutely phenomenal. Thank you for taking care of this issue!
