      Nice people. After 2 years of service moles are much worse, yet most service reports said no mole activity. And occasionally one mole trap. And always poison worm bait. But my front yard is embarrassing. Tunnels e erywhere. Seeking another solution, thought I had a good company but didn't.

      Hello, we would love the opportunity to have a manager speak to you and go over the service plan we had in place for your moles. We've tried contacting you a few times and haven't received a response. You've already cancelled your account, but if you are willing to allow us to come out at no charge, we'd like to meet with you to go over the last few service reports. Or program is a partnership as stated on your ************ report. We come back out at any time if new activity is seen. Thank you for trying our service and we are sorry it wasn't what you were looking for.

      Whether its bat removal or my regular service, I have consistently received great service from Rottler. The technicians and office staff have always been responsive and helpful no matter how larger or small of a problem I have. I appreciate their team and my wonderful techs Ive had over the years!

      Never got the chance to use them. They were very quick and communicative BEFORE they got me to sign the contract and give them my credit card. Seemed nice, answered my questions. The INSTANT I signed, I sent a message to make sure they received it, NOBODY responded. Not to say THANK YOU, verify they received it OR to set up the initial visit. I gave them 24 hours then sent a message that I wanted to cancel the contract. SUDDENLY, I get a message asking when would I like them to come out. I told them NO THANK YOU. I dodged a bullet.

We typically schedule same day or next day, so we are thinking your schedule step was missed and we are very sorry that happened.       I've been a Rottler customer for *****. Multiple techs made apps to come and service my property. I've had 3 straight no shows. Plus on the last visit they took 1 of my termite bait stations. I've called multiple times to get it replaced and they ignore my requests.

      Hello, we are looking into this and you will have a call from a manager today. Looks like you called into our office on 5/17 (message was sent to technician) and again today on 6/1 (message sent to manager and technician).
