    Let me start off by saying Im very upset ****** the **** off , This place had my dog for 13 hours lied to me for about 5 of those hours, with no food or water , they have horrible communication when the lady finally brought my little shih tzu out she was yelling and asking for an extra $20 the lady look like shes on heavy drugs well she confirmed that ****** does meth which explains why they take so long this place needs to be shut up immediately the building is not even safe for dogs its falling apart

    Horrible place for pets. Zero Stars! Do not bring your dog here! This place is not ran by the usual owners and they scalped my miniature yorkie. She has patches of hair missing and she has been coming to this facility for over 15 years and hasn't attacked a single groomer. The person named ***** claimed that she was attacking her and could not cut her hair which is a lie. ***** is not a groomer. She is not certified to be one and she looks like she is on hard drugs. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! And she called me a NIGGER as I was leaving. She had my small dog for 13 hours without food or water. She came outside yelling asking did my dog eat today. I said yes, 13 hours ago! My dog looks like she's been attacked and shivering. They even had another pet up there she brought out wet and did not dry or cut their hair. That pet owner left without paying and disgusted.
