    f description of complaint:
    I was told someone will be at this establishment for 24 hours 7 days a week. I went there Friday the 26th to drop off my two huskies and when I went to pick them up they were very thirsty. They drank 1 and 1/2 bowls of water each. On Saturday I when I arrived at 6 am no one was there to open the doors till 0627 am. I was able to drop off my dogs and then 455 pm comes and the business call my work and asks when I will be able to pick up my dogs since they are closing at 5 pm. I didn?t know this this. The online and business cards says 8 pm on Saturday is when they close. I had to leave work early to go get my dogs and when I arrived no one was at the business that I was told someone would be there 24 hours 7 days a week. About an hour I was able to get ahold of ******* the owner through ******** ****** *****. She said she missed understood what time I would be arriving. She said she would get there as soon as she could. She never arrived. A middle aged gentle man arrived and opened the facility. ******* called him while in the facility and I expressed my aggravation and distrust with the faculty and I was told I would receive a full refund. I have not received my refund.
