    The company***** ******** ******* was hired in May of 2023 to complete a job. The job was to be completed in 15 working days. No later than June 5. The worker was giving several chances to complete the job. We have worked with him and everytime he does not keep his word. We paid him even though the job was not completely done. Yet he was in a bind financially and as a church we tried to give him the benefit of the doubt even though he has proven time and again he can't be trusted. He has lied several times saying he'll be there this day and never shows up or calls. Now we have an unfinished job and he will not complete the job. All we want is the job completed within a reasonable time which is two days to finish everything. Also his current address has changed. It is *** ***** *** ******** ** *****. Please send a correspondence to both the address listed in Breckenridge and the one in Ferguson MO.

    The reason why the job is not finished is the agreement we have is to pay $1600 for being behind and the roof being messed up.  I had to pay for the rest of the material for the job.  We ended up doing the whole entire job.  I did extra work.  I can get over there and finish the job but didn't have the money for the caulking and it is $300 something dollars.  It is not like the job is not done.  The stuff that needs to be done is extra, but as far as the contract the job is done.  By Monday, Sept. 25, I will come and finish the job.  As far as anything extra, I am not going to do it.

    According to the business they have not shown up or called to set up a time to come to do what he said what he was going to do.  We want our money back.
