    Pls plumbing did sewer work on a home at 4618 ****** which is directly behind our home/ property in the alley. The work took place Sept *****. They damaged our gate, garage, concrete while doing their work. I took out my trash on Sept 10 and our property and gate were fine. I attempted to take out trash on Thursday Sept 12 and gate was damaged and would not open . I contacted the city which gave us their info. I also have photos and video footage from my neighbors cameras that show PLS plumbing damaging our property and hitting the gate with their equipment. I attempted to contact PLS on Saturday Sept 14th- no answer left message. I contacted them again on Monday Sept 16 and spoke with them and explained what happened. He first stated they did not own said piece of equipment that ran into our gate. I explained I had photos and video. He asked for our info and I stated I would like their insurance info. He stated he would like to handle outside of insurance. I stated that is fine but we still want insc info in case. He has still not given us the info. I have given our first names and what occurred to him but will not give any other info yet. I communicated by text on Monday and tried to call again Today Sept 18 and left msg - no response. We are reasonable people and just would like our gate and property repaired . The video is clear evidence of what happened.
