    The plumber came out on May 15, 2025. The determine what the problem was and they notice where the leak was coming from creating the water/dripping on the floor. They had to reset the toilet to keep it from leaking water unto the floor. I feel that I was overcharge by $200 and I received a invoice was for $503.67. I feel that I have been overcharge by $200.00 that I would like to be refund back to me.

    Let me say that on the behalf of Sparrow Plumbing we greatly apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience. We have done several jobs for you in the past and have never had any complaints. When our technician came to your home he went over the pricing and the scope of work that would be completed. You agreed to the pricing and provided your signature authorizing us to have the work done before we began working. To our understanding was happy with the service until you to talked to another contractor who expressed that he felt you were overcharged compared to what he would have completed the repairs for or thought it should have cost. Sadly, this contractor was the same contractor you said that didnt complete their portion of the job correctly. This was the reason you called to schedule an appointment with us. Unfortunately, prices of the past are not the prices of today. We here at Sparrow Plumbing pride ourselves on giving our clients quality work and fair prices while still being competitive. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding. We would love for you to reach out to us here at Sparrow Plumbing to resolve this issue.
