    We purchased a hot tub from Prestige **************************** back in April. When the hot tub was delivered they dropped the hot tub and damaged a panel of the unit and also the railing of our stairs. I contacted Prestige and they said they would replace the panel on the hot tub. It is now 2 months later and they still have not been out. I call about every week and they say they will call to set up an appointment. They never call. This week they said they would be out on Friday to fix it. They never showed up. They are very attentive during the purchasing part of the transaction but once they have delivered it their customer service stops there. I was also told that someone could come out and show us how to maintain the hot tub but no one has ever come out. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. If we could we just return it and get our money back and go to someone that supports their product.

    I left a negative review in May of 2023 for bad customer service. The next day I was contacted by ****, the owner. He did not make any excuses for how I fell through the cracks, and genuinely listened to my concerns. **** said someone would be out that day to remove the cover, and start draining the pool. I came home from work, and the pool was drained. The next ******************, the installer came. He is the same gentleman that installed our pool nearly 20 years ago. He worked tirelessly for 2 days, then came back first thing the next Tuesday following the Memorial Day weekend. By Tuesday evening, the hose was in filling our pool. ***** did a remarkable job with the sheet metal worker, replacing and repairing walls, refloating the bottom, installing foam against the walls, and cleaning up after all was completed. Our pool is now as beautiful as it was 20 years ago. While the communication in the service department has room for improvement, I am quite satisfied with how the situation was handled and the result was outstanding. Thank you, ****, for your concern and making things right. Your installation department, especially *****, is amazing.

    **************** non existent after sale. ****************** lacks service skills. No follow through and no follow-up. No sense of urgency or concern for the customer. Owner / Manager exhibits same and shows no concern for issues and offers no resolution. Standard response is I'll have someone call - never receive a call and no follow-up

    We have gone out there in the past and have taken care of things. Also, this customer is set up for another Service Call next week.

    Terrible customer service. We ordered and paid for a liner replacement in August of 2022. We were told to call in the spring when we were ready for installation. I called first of April to be put on early May schedule. We were told we would be the 2nd installation since we had paid and booked early. The first of May, we got a call and said ***** would be there to install Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of that week. No one showed up or called. I called the 2nd week, and was asked 'Oh! are you ready for the install?' I said I have BEEN ready. Somehow our name did not get on the schedule. I called again May 19th and was told 'I might have better luck with the schedule if I talked to *****. He said he would have him call me that afternoon. No phone call. It is now the end of May; we have lost an entire month of pool use, and still no one has called to say when our liner will be installed. This company put in our pool 20 years ago - not at all the same customer service.

    Hi ******,

    I'm so sorry that we didn't take care of you, there is no excuse, we failed at getting your liner installed. I will have someone come by today and drain down your Pool and Remove your Safety Cover, so it is ready to be installed this coming Tuesday. You are the next one for ** to do, I assure you that.  I will also wave the Final Payment due on the Invoice for your inconvenience. Once again, I do apologize for the way we have handled you job.
