    I had a very disappointing experience with *************************. We were contracted to complete a project for them, and after they signed our contract, they failed to pay the agreed-upon deposit. Instead, they continually promised payment and came up with new excuses for the delay. After a week of trying to reach them, we finally managed to get in touch with *******, the owner. He spun an elaborate story and assured us that payment would be made in 20 minutes, but it seemed like he just wanted to get off the phone and block our number. If you want to avoid a mechanic's lien on your property, I strongly advise against hiring this company.

    I paid ******* ** **** 700 security deposit. Property changed management and he kept my money so the new owner never got it.

    This tenant is slandering our name, unnecessarily all over the place, when she has NOT ONCE called our main office (where she paid her deposit) to request a refund.  She had repeatedly contacted the owner and he doesn't handle any of that.  The property in which she resides recently sold and there was a ton of confusion due to people moving in around the same time as the closing.  The tenants deposit was logged under the previous owner.  NO ONE is stealing or keeping a deposit.  We simple processed it under the owner who was the client at the time.  Had *** ******* reached out to our office, as requested previously, this would not be an issue.  We will be contacting her directly regarding the matter, as her security deposit is not being held hostage.  It's frustrating that people can file malicious claims in this manner, as opposed to just handling their business properly.  Thanks for your time.  If any other details are needed, please let us know.  Thank you.
