      Starting January 2023 I found an apartment complex to move to, found ******* ***** and started the process, gave all inspection and deposits to move in , in a timely manner, March 2023 came and they won't give me a move in date. I signed no lease agreement only paperwork and gave all personal papers, argument ensued and ask for my money back, was rudely said in 30 days or and getvonly half money back.

      Good day Ms. ******,

      We discussed that per the application that you signed; we would only keep our minimum required security deposit of $200 because you cancelled your application and refund the remaining portion directly to you.

      The application you signed to apply at ******* ***** states the following: 

      ONCE THIS APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED, YOUR DEPOSIT BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE AND YOU WILL BE HELD
      RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL UNPAID BALANCES IF THE APPLICATION DEFAULTS. Applicant agrees all security deposits and unearned rent are deposited, as
      they are collected and become the responsibility of the property owner.

      In regards to the arguement that ensued, this is where you became aggressive and threatened the staff at ******* ***** after they explained to you the process of canceling your application.  The arguement was just you getting mad and threatening after we explained the cancelation process to you.
