My agent, ***** spoke with ************ yesterday and I understand they are working toward getting ************ an apartment.  I wasn't aware that he felt blocked, but after speaking with my agent, he said he spoke with him and they have a plan.  I will follow up to make sure ************ is taken care of.

Upon further investigation, first the customer is not and has not ever been blocked by any phone.  Also, I have spoken with ************ myself and assured him that it is not our practice to block any client at any time!  I did explain to him that it is going to be somewhat of a difficult process to find an owner that will accept 2 pit bull dogs on their property.  I asked that he be patient, since, he just started working with my agent in the last 2 weeks.  ************ has agreed to be patient and allow us to work for him.

I went to a lawyer and he wrote me a letter and them a letter stated I was due a full refund. They breached the contract and  did not do they work they said they did. I had to hire someone else to complete the work. They said the place was unbitable, then why did they money twice to do the work.

On January 20, 2022 my agent entered into a property management agreement with ************ with an initial payment of $1,500 for property management services, such as market property to area renters, coordinate all repairs and maintenance of property and collect all rents due to the property.  However, after visiting the property, my agent discovered that it was uninhabitable and would not pass an occupancy inspection. After a conversation with ************, it was agreed that my agent would facilitate the property's repair work to get it ready for renting and for those services, ************ was charged an additional $1,500, which she manually entered on her credit card.  From February 2022 to October 18, 2022 my agent facilitated several repairs and vendors through the repair process.  As property management was never part of my brokerage services, I, as the managing broker informed my agent that we were not going to continue with a property management agreement and services going forward.  My agent spent a great deal of time and effort assisting the rehab work on the property and unfortunately, *************** property is still uninhabitable with a great deal of work still to be done.  I have offered ************ a refund of $600 for the time between October 18, 2022 and the end of contract year of December 31, 2022.  I felt that was fair, since there were 2 1/2 months left on her contract.  ************* has refused and feels she's entitled to a full refund, negating all the coordination and work my agent did to get the property repaired.  I have communicated all of this in several emails to ************ and I am not sure what else can be done for her.  My agent worked for 10 months on this property and deserved compensation!  ************ has shared untruths about the process and made inflammatory comments that warrant a suit for Defamation of Character.  Instead of continuing this feud, I am open for resolution.
