      This business is currently taking advantage of the new ************** that opened. Their parking lot leads directly to an entrance to the park. Signs are small (especially the text) and easily missed. They have a towing company who comes in and tows cars of unsuspecting young families and holds them for a $300 ******. At first I heard of this happening to others, but then it happened to my wife and 7 year old. I contacted the towing company Auto Control LLC and they blamed the owner Daniels Realty Group Inc. and I called the owner and they passed blame to towing company and the *****************. My wife also states the towing company blamed Brentwood.

      It appears that this gentleman has sour grapes and wants to blame others for the errors in judgment of his wife. If he had already heard that this lot had previously towed vehicles, why tempt fate and have his wife park their also. His second sentence acknowledges "their parking lot". The lot in question belongs to an office building and is clearly marked with warning signage. He even acknowledges that the signs exist. He is strictly telling everyone that the rules as posted don't apply to his family and his wife can park on private property because she wants to. The signage he speaks of indicates the lot is "Private Property". Fees and fines for violating the rules and then being towed are also posted. If his wife wants to park on private property, then she assumes the risk. He just thinks that because the lot is convenient to what his wife wanted to use it for means it can be done without consequences. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Additionally, I have never passed blame to the towing company. They were on site at my instructions, and I defend and support their actions. In addition, the *************************** along with City officials from Brentwood were aware of the towing with the Police providing assistance as needed. My suggestion to this gentleman would be that in the future his family parking should be done on approved parking lots and not on private property. It also appears from his complaint that he was not even there, it was his wife, so it seems his info was gained second-hand.
