    I asked them for a lease so I can enroll my daughter in school. I was informed that the lady will not renew my lease, but I just renewed my lease with them and the lease that I just signed was dated for the year 2020. The school will not accept this lease because of the year. I reached back out to the leasing office to get a up to date lease but they will not respond to my text messages.  Also, the ceiling my in bedroom 1 is leaking, the basement floods when it rains.  There is also mold down in the basement as well, all the faucets are leaking.  They replaced the stove but they want me to hook up the stove up but I do not know how to hook the stove up.  They sent a repair man out and he said he fixed the faucet but they are still leaking.  He left and said he would return but I have not seen him since.  I reached out to management and they said they would send him back out but I have not seen him.  I need a up to date lease so my daughter can enroll in school that  starts Monday, and fix all my repairs.

    **** ****** call me on Friday 08/18/23 he was upset that I had call y’all on him he got to talking to me disrespectful and he say that he and the inspector was coming out on Saturday 08/19/23but didn’t know one show up **** said that my rent went last year in 2022 fifty more dollars and I said I didn’t get a letter or anything saying that my rent went up and he say that I owe $400.00 plus dollars back pay but I got the lease from 2020 say 850.00 I never seen were the 900.00 come from he said that I owe

    He said he was not aware of the issues that was going on in the house that I told him and he said if it’s not true what I told him he was going to call you guys on me and my stove been in my kitchen for 8 months sitting there and I have pictures of everything to show you guys

    Hello. The tenant signed a new lease amendment in January of 2023. When the tenant signed the lease electronically, it automatically sends back an executed copy for her to keep for her records. The tenant never reported maintenance issues mentioned in this complaint. All maintenance items reported from the tenant since May 1, 2023 have been completed by the owner. There was a new range hood vent installed. New AC unit installed and repairs done on bathtub/shower. We have communicated with the tenant and there are no other issues at bay. The tenant has also acknowledged the fact that all repairs were completed and we have written documentation acknowledging the fact.
