    10/30/23 Tenant review. I have rented from them for about five years. I recently discovered that there was high levels of mold in my house, and I sent it off to get tested by St. Louis county health Department. And it came back positive for high levels of mold. When I dress the company about breaking the lease, they gave me the the runaround and told me that I needed to actually prove it. I would strongly suggest not renting from this company for they like to cover up things, for they have no concerns over your health and well-being. The property manager, ************************* ******** actually discriminates against people with disability, and told me inform me that he actually has lawyers are retained that its included in his insurance. Do not rent from them. Because if you find a major health issue, even if its documented by doctors in St. Louis County health department, they will fight you tooth and nail. I have also filed a complaint with the ** department in ****** housing development against them.
