      Last April I took my vehicle there because the engine went out, it cost me over $6000.00 and they had my car for three months, it was suspect. I took my car back a number of times because the car would die. Three months ago the engine threw a rod which means the engine went out. I have told them about the noise the car has been making. I am not happy with the quality of work. I have been dealing with them for over a year. All I want is what I paid for. I would like my money back or Repair the engine like it should be, it should sound like a new engine.

      We are sorry to hear that *** ******* is unsatisfied.  He did purchase an engine from Shreves and needed to bring it back 5 months later; there was a heat shield issue that we fixed.

      When *** ******* left he was happy.  As of today we have not been notified by *** ******* that the engine is not performing properly. If his engine is not currently running properly, we invite him to call the office to schedule a time to bring his car in to discuss any current issues.  We will honor our warranty.
