  I reached out to Rickard Custom Remodeling after being referred to from a friend, for a custom pantry in a small awkward space and a different look for my outdated living room. He responded promptly to my call and an appointment was set up timely. He was professional and attentive to my ideas while sharing his insights of different possibilities to maximize the small space and give my living room a new look. His attention to details and ability to customize two areas in my home are off the charts. Never imagined the pantry could be so big in such a small space. For the first time in 24 years, my pantry is neaty organized all because the creativity of **** and *******. I'm truly astonished at the finished projects and would recommend Rickard Custom Remodeling for any home projects whether they are big or small. I promise you won't be disappointed with his pristine quality craftsmanship.

  **** and the Rickard team were pros, especially with a complex and often changing kitchen renovation. His ability to custom build solutions when we ran into the "fun surprises" that come with a 100-year old house allowed us to get through what might have otherwise been major delays - like when we found out your ceiling is 3" off level one corner to the next, or when some of our cabinets kept coming in broken or ordered incorrectly from the designer... (PS - don't get your cabinets from Lowes / Masterbrand...) Overall - I'd definitely recommend **** to anyone looking for kitchen, bath, or other house jobs - especially if some custom carpentry might be needed. Excellent communication, always showed up each morning, and he was always very respectful of our space while we worked from home some days and in the office some days through the months. We will be calling again next house project we have.

  It's my pleasure to recommend **** of "Rickard Custom Home Remodeling". My wife received a recommendation from a neighbor and contracted him to do a project in our home. The result was top-notch, professional work. We look forward to another project or two! Between ***** and I we give him four-thumbs up!

  We did a full kitchen and bathroom renovations in our almost century-old house with Rickard, and are completely satisfied with all their work. **** made his inspection and bid in one day, and kept firm to his price. He was honest when problems arose, and clever about finding solutions to most of those problems. We went counter to many of the recent trends, and **** was right there with us, giving his advice and bringing ideas we hadn't considered. The rooms are gorgeous, and the workmanship seems impeccable. **** and his crew were responsive to any small changes and fixes that had to be made; this is in contrast to our first contractor, who turned out to be a con man, and then to ***********, who has proven a challenge to finish his work. Even when we had delays, **** was honest about why they were happening, and how long they would last. After our first experience, honesty was the trait I was most hoping to find, and that's what we got. As we start to tackle the other repairs needed in our house, **** will be my first (and likely last) call!

  This review has been difficult to write because there are so many good things Id like to say about Rickard Custom Home Remodeling. **** was referred to us by our neighbor after our original contractor bailed on us. He responded quickly to our call, assessed our situation, explained his process and gave us a bid. All in one day! To say he rescued us would not be an exaggeration.Two days after accepting the bid, **** and his co-worker **** were able to begin our bathroom remodel. **** has a wealth of knowledge and experience, is detailed oriented and can offer ideas to reduce costs and make the project better. He even suggested other trades people who could help with the project like the shower door company - who also turned out to be great! **** was patient with all my questions and I had a lot! He made great recommendations and even went to the hardware store with me to explain what fixtures would and wouldnt work for our small shower. *** never met another contractor who would do that. He personally wanted our shower to be the best. And it is!**** is a great owner and runs a great company. He and **** were also respectful of our home and our pets. Their workmanship is the best! We love our new shower! No question who we will call first for our next project!

  Rickard Custom remodeling just finished taking down a drop ceiling and replaced with drywall. The ceiling looks gorgeous. **** is so passionate about his work, and it really shows! Gave me great ideas on future projects. **** works alongside ****. Hes so nice, and does excellent work.Rickard did several projects, including remodeling 2.5 baths and a deck.Highly recommend!

  I have had 3 contractors that really were a nightmare. Thanks to ******** custom remodeling my nightmare became a dream. They are honest reliable and pay close attention to details. The job completed was better than I ever expected and I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED and I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you Rickard for saving me from a disaster .
