    I want to start by saying I never leave bad reviews but I am compelled to write this as I have been dealing with a "warranty issue" since 2020 with this company. They have attempted to fix the leaks at least 6 times with no luck. Last fall their supervisor suggested it be replaced. *** will respond to this review saying that its "not them" but I have proof that the person who executed our contract is a representative of Ram Roofing and Windows and does in fact work for them (he is mentioned on "about us" section of their website) and has a ram roofing signature block and email address. This person agreed to replace my faulty roof that has leaked consistently since installation 5 years ago. He said last November IN WRITING that they would replace it when the weather was "warm enough" and when the weather warmed up, they quit responding to emails and calls.I have a building with 3 tenants in it that are suffering the consequences of this too. We can't do any interior repair until this roof is fixed.

    Hired them to inspect and repair roof. They said they would get to it eventually. I kept requesting an *** and they continually said soon. They never arrived and never repaired my roof.

    The team from Ram Roofing arrived promptly as scheduled and worked the entire day to install our new roof. It was done in one day as promised. Securing city permits and the clean up afterwards were handled efficiently and professionally. We were completely satisfied with the work and would recommend the company to anyone looking for a contractor.

    The Ram Roofing team was professional, knowledgeable, and put us at ease. They were able to provide us with a detailed estimate for the project and answered our questions in more detail than others we took bids from. They took care to protect the property during the installation process and the roof was installed quickly and to a high standard. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. We had a great experience with this company.
