    I feel they are skirting the issue about which I complained in the original compliant,  it is not a compliant about a serial number.  Nor  how the way the manufactures assign them.  I have the date xv80 which is the ***** furnace they installed it denotes the manufacturing date of it was July 20,2021 and that makes it fifteen months old when It  was installed in my home.  Their contracts states that I would have a 2022 furnace and the serial number has nothing to do with what was installed in my home.  This has to do with the age of the furnace because it was manufactured in July 20,2021.  Also, I want a 2022 furnace the business deal was  placed in 10/2022 and the contracts states the furnace would be a 2022 furnace and it is not.  The humidifier that was taken from my furnace and applied to this furnace was not tested and excessive amount water continues to discharge into the sewer, it does not work with the controls on the main floor and it continues run.

    The contract does not state the XV80 furnace will be a 2022 serial number. The way all hvac manufacturers do business is they can give a furnace with a 2021 year serial number but the warranty starts as a 2022 warranty (the year it is installed.) In this case the 2021 XV80 is the same as the 2022 XV80.  There has been no model change of the furnace from 2021 to 2022 so there is no reason she didn’t get what was promised per contract. We think maybe ******** is referring to the contract stating the warranties will be 2022 ***** warranties (which they are and she is registered with ***** warranty as 2022.)
