      I purchased Neptune Flooring Elite Costal 35 cartons, for our basement. We have radiant heat we asked what product would work, they said the vinyl would work. We purchased the flooring 7/31/2017. We noticed the floor coming up on the edges we contacted the On Broadway Flooring we sent pictures, they came out, they contacted Lockwood they sent a representative, they sent out an independent company rep, bottom line they sent us a determination letter, denying our request to have it fixed, the installer said they could not/would not feel comfortable to replace certain sections of the floor.They refused to stand by the warranty.
