      Trying to find a ******* to pour a 12x16 Concrete pad (slab) for a Garden Shed was almost impossible because no one wants to do small jobs anymore. After talking to 10 other companies on the phone, only three showed up and one gave a bid over the phone. Chase Retaining Walls & Concrete was the ****** ******* that I called but turned out to be the 'Best'. He arrived on time to look at the job site. He had attention to detail and was the only contractor that recommended placing a small retaining wall before the slab to help keep water from running straight towards it due to the slope of the yard. Later that evening he sent a detailed bid for the work to be completed and his price was more competitive than the others. Chase was able to schedule the job start date a few weeks later. He kept me well informed and arrived on time to do the project. Chase and his worker did a great job. They double checked their dimensions and ensured that the slab was perfectly level. It far exceeded our expectations. It's too bad that once the shed is in place, you won't be able to see the quality of the work that they did. Definitely very pleased with their work.
