    I have called this business multiple times trying to get my name and address off of their mailing list to no avail. I am receiving an average of 5 mailings a month from them. I would not use this business, nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. I want them to stop sending me unsolicited mail!

    To whom it may concern,

    I am responding to a complaint from ***** ***************. We have searched our database and do not have any record of Ms ****** nor has she ever called our office. We could not possibly mail anything to her from our office as we do not have her name nor her address in our database.

    We do mailings about once a month and when we do a mass mailing, we use an outside mail house. Since receiving this complaint, we have contacted the mailhouse to ensure that IF her name was on a list, we requested that  her name be removed.
