Contacted company for roof repair on corner of house where ******* was missing. Also asked to see overall health of roof since this piece broke off. Quoted for repair which they said they would replace damaged wood, shingles, and install any metal to cover up gap in fascia. They also said they could get to it within the week. After about 2 weeks I reached out by email as I had not heard anything and the repair had not been done. They said we were on the list and should get to it within the week again. Another week went by without any contact or update if the work was going to be done. I dont mind if it takes you a month to get to something, but tell me or keep me updated that youre busy and such and I have no problem. The guy showed up and didnt call or anything before or after. Came home and the repair was somewhat done as the shingle was replaced but the metal drip cap on the fascia was still hanging off and the fascia still exposed. I got the invoice and paid it but I would not recommend this company due to subpar repair quality versus what was said that was going to be repaired, on top of lackluster communication on when the job is going to be done. Again, I get people get busy and I would not care it took as long as it did but almost two weeks with no update on top of another week+ and then no communication afterwards as to why this metal wasnt replaced or to just to say hey its done, this is what we did, etc. Pricing is fair, initial contact and dealings with appointment people are fine, but everything else was very dissatisfying.Andres Roofing Co.

I am sorry you had a dissatisfying experience. Since it was a small repair on the edge, not a leaking issue, and during a very busy time it took a little longer to get to it. We were focused more on taking care of leaking issues for people. We did do everything I said we would do. We replaced the wood on the roof deck and the damaged shingles. We were only going to put metal over the fascia if there was a gap and my guy said there wasn't. The shingles were hung over properly. Again it was a small repair, most companies won't even do repairs, and for only $375. Again sorry for the lack of communication. My guy was supposed to call when he was on his way. Also I did walk his whole steep roof at no charge and let him know the condition. We do need to work on communicating better. Thank you.Review fromBill W
