After 6 months of roof work from the business, it failed inspection by my insurance, shingles are lifting. I have until June 11, 2025 to get insurance or I won&#**;t be eligible. My insurance company and I have reached out to the business to get this resolved but so far nothing is being done.

      Business Response

      Date: 05/16/2025

In response to Ms. ********* recent concerns, we want to clarify the situation.  Ms. ********* comments are wholly and unequivocally inaccurate.

Ms.******* contacted our office requesting Innovatives review and response regarding ground-level photos of Ms. ******** roof taken by her insurance company.  The insurance companys underwriter noted a possible waviness in the roof sheathing --- based on the ground-level photos.  The underwriter suggested a roofing company's assessment.

Within a few days of Mr. ********* initial call to Innovative, two of our employees visited Ms. ********* property to discuss her concerns directly.  Innovative found that her roof was performing as expected, with no leaks or missing shingles. Innovatives employees communicated this to Ms. ******* and informed her they would follow up with her insurance company to confirm their findings of no issues.

Simultaneously,Ms. ********* insurance agent also reached out to Innovative for information.   Our companys owner reviewed the photos with our employees and then left a voicemail for the insurance agent on Friday, May 9th.  Innovatives owner and the insurance agent subsequently spoke on Monday, May 12th.  During this conversation, our owner reiterated that we found no problems with the roof and highlighted its performance through significant weather events, including a major ice storm, severe thunderstorms, high winds, and hail, all without any reported issues.

The insurance agent requested photos and a detailed email summarizing our findings, which we sent on Tuesday, May 13th.  A follow-up call occurred later that day, during which the insurance agent informed our owner that the photos and explanation provided were sufficient.  The insurance agent confirmed the roof was in good condition.

To reiterate, Ms. ********* roof did not have any leaks or issues. We addressed her inquiry immediately and resolved the matter within approximately one week.

At a time when many in our community are genuinely suffering from recent storm damage, it is disheartening to encounter situations like this.  We believe Ms. ********* actions and comments are unacceptable, especially when compared to the more respectful demeanor of those in our community who have experienced significant losses, such as roofs being blown off or hail damage to their siding.  While we are committed to upholding a high standard of service, we also believe in mutual respect for our time, especially when dealing with situations where no actual problems exist.  We are a dedicated and honest company that has worked hard to support our community.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

they are not telling the truth.  I got my insurance taken care of but their response is a lie.

      Sincerely,

      ***** ********

Ms.********** ********* was that we were not responding to her and there was something wrong with her roof.  To date we have shown that, in fact, we did respond in multiple ways, on multiple occasions, to both Ms. ******** and her agent within days of her inquiry.

The question posed by her insurance company regarding her roof was answered quickly and definitively as evidenced by her insurance continuing coverage without any changes required to her roof.  Further, nothing was found to be wrong with the roof and no issues have ever been found with her.  Ms.********* roof has been subject to multiple storms and performed.  ********************** carrier has accepted and continued full coverage of her roof.

We have addressed Ms. ********* concerns in this *********, and we still find no validity to her *********.  Ms. ********* agent and Innovatives owner agree Innovative performed the contracted work in a more than satisfactory manner and the roof is performing well.
