    This company has not returned calls and appears to have serious communication issues through out the company. Our new van has been in service for 4 weeks now (for the second time) and they do not have any progress to report on the most important issues. I would not recommend this dealer, and regret my decision to purchase from them. One example is that their Parts and Service are closed on weekends. When we first picked up the van on a Saturday, they had suggested that we stay overnight to see if we had any issues. We did, but there was no one there to help us on Sunday. In addition, we were originally offered some reimbursement for travel expenses which took several calls and nearly 6 months to receive. Currently, the primary complaint is that the service department at our dealer seems very unprofessional, and does not communicate well with customers or manufacturers. That should be a deal breaker for almost everyone.

    Shout out to **** out of the **************** location. I have been in the market for a new Super C, and **** and the team at Van City RV has been incredibly helpful. Looking forward to my new purchase in the coming months.

    Van city lies and steals from customers. Be prepared to have your RVs price increase no matter what and Van **** will blame it on the chassis manufacturer or claim they cant get the right year chassis. You will have to pay for this fake price increase or? Youll lose your entire $10,000 deposit. Beware of them and buy elsewhere.
