    I had order through their app. After entering my card information and submitting my order, I get an error message saying something went wrong. However, they took out the money. Store I ordered from said there is nothing they can do since their system is not showing anything. There is no number I can find to contact them. Online states I need to have a store number. I can find the store number on my receipt. I do not have a receipt to look up the store number. This is becoming a hassle as I wasted my break trying to figure out where my money went.

    We use a 3rd party payment system, which happens at times, if the consumer can provide a date of purchase, I will check into and issue a refund.

    Everyone got sick and threw up after eating

    We serve hundreds of sandwiches.  No one else got sick.  She can't prove that she got sick from my shop.  I will not be providing a refund.

    I'm sorry I should have saved my throw up for you to examine.  Rather than refund me you would rather I share your response with thousands of people to show them how rude your company is and that you are basically calling me a liar

    I tried to order 3 foot long subs on deal the Subway. Buy 2 get one 1 free. I did that thru their online app on mu phone. The order never went thru but they took the money out of my bank account. I tried to call subway store where the order was to come from. And got a fax machine and tried to call corporate but alli got was an automated systems all the time.

    Online orders are taken by Subway and the only access have is through our POS. We're unable to cancel or change the orders. I don't recall having any order in the store that we did not make. Almost 30% of our business is online these days through Grub Hub, ******** and Subway online. If the customer was charged I apologize on behalf of  Subway. We have no way of knowing if someone was charged at a store level. But if for any reason this particular customer was charged, and if they provide their bank information, I would also need to know how they ordered. Whether it was a pick up or order to be delivered by ********. With that information I can investigate further. In the meantime, If it was credit card purchase they could always dispute it. Any how, whatever it takes for me to help this customer I have no problem.
