    On December 26, I was contacted to pick-up deer sausage I had commissioned G & W to process. The invoice indicated the sausage to be flavored SPICY. Picked up product on December 27, 2022 and sampled the sausage on December 28, 2022. The sausage was very dry, without any spiciness and the meat was not firm in texture. Contacted G & W on December 30th and spoke with "*****" who passed me to the person "****" whom she said was the owner. **** approached me with no salutations and asked a fellow who worked there, what was going on. Worker advised the sausage I received had been sitting out "too long" which resulted in dryness and upon his inspection - no spices had been added. **** stated his employees had made a mistake and he would give me a $25 Gift Card and I could keep the sausage. I refused his offer and he used several "****" words and said he had made his offer and I had 5 seconds to make up my mind. I refused his offer and asked him why I had to pay for an inferior product that his own employee advised had been processed incorrectly. **** responded in a verbose and agitated manner that he wasn't going to refund any money and I could take it or leave it. I chose to leave without any product because I felt with his aggressive attitude, this situation was about to get out of hand and possibly physical.
