I wish I had option for 0 star. I am a real estate investor and has dealt a lot with sewer drain issues.I paid for 1hr of sewer clabling 3 weeks ago. the technician did 15 min of clabling and left. I asked him are you sure that the line is open and he said yes. He said you did not for camera but I looked with camera and nothing is there. Today, the drain line backed up again. I called them and they said you need to pay $169 for another cabling. They said it is not our problem that it backed up. I have been living in this house for 5 years. I cabled once 4 years ago and had not issue until now. these people cabled three weeks ago and the issue is not resolved.Don't fall for their marketing and go with bigger better know companies that stay behind their work, like The Sewer Pros or Roto-Rooter **************** Cleanup company.DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Respectfully, we cabled and cleared the line a month ago. The line was open and serviceable. We offered to come out again, however we must charge for our time to clear a second blockage.

Friday Jan 6, Monday Jan 9. Our laundry sewer line was backing up so we called Superior. There is a floor drain in the middle of the laundry room that was disconnected at the time, we explained this. Despite the warning, the Superior Sewer employee placed a water line into the 'drain' to check for flow, flooding our utility room. He then took the water line and placed it into the sewer line and turned it all the way on, walked to the back yard to see if the water was flowing, and walked back in. He did this without any assistance from another employee or the homeowners. The laundry room flooded, the drywall, and subfloor were soaked, and the water flooded the utility room in the basement. The technician left without notifying us that these things happened but simply recommending a sewer line treatment. The technicians from ********** came by shortly after to remove the drying fans and heaters that were there for mitigation after the burst pipes. They had to treat the floors and keep the fans another week, charging $6800. I spoke to the technician and the operations manager about the issue and was basically told that it was not a big deal and that the job is messy, these things happen. I explained the extent of damage due to neglectful actions they took and asked to speak to the owner. Without asking, they sent a technician to our home under the premise they were there to 'make things right' by providing the service for us for free. Another sloppy technician provided a 'hydro jet' treatment to our pipes. At the end he mentioned that I could 'pay the bill later'. I explained that I did not ask for this service and made it clear beforehand I was not paying for it. They continue to send me a bill. ********** sent my insurance company a bill for the water mitigation but it should not be their responsibility nor mine. I want Superior to pay for the water mitigation and to stop trying to bill me for the sewer line inspection and the Hydro Jet treatment.

    Hello,

We have been in conversation with Mr ********* regarding the work performed at his house. From speaking with the customer, he was already working with **** ****** in order to rectify the issues that he was having at his property, which included the use of fans and treatments to rectify whatever issue he was having. Our technicians followed all appropriate measures in order to ensure that the client was taken care of at the time of service. After Mr ********* reached out to us regarding the charge for the hydro-jetting service and his dissatisfaction with being asked to pay, we removed the charge due to a miscommunication. Mr ********* does not currently owe Superior Sewer Company, nor is he being sent invoices in order to pay an outstanding balance.
