    On April 3, 2024, I paid the business brags splash for three pair of sneakers. A pair for me and my two children and I told him I would contact him in a couple days cuz he said it takes 2 days for him to get it done so I contacted him on April 6, 2024 to get an update on the order, he proceeded to tell me that he had shipped my shoes out already and gave me a fake tracking number and so I messaged him back and I said is this tracking number for **** etc. I never heard back from them not at all so I tried calling only to find out that the number was disconnected. I met him through his business profile on tiktok and I went on to tick tock to try to contact him and he has blocked me so that I may not contact him and I still have not received any shoes I have not heard anything back I tried checking that fake tracking number he give me and it is not working it's not even real. I just really want my money back I I was under the impression that I would be purchasing three custom-made shoes for me and my two children I needed them shoes for them for school now my kids are stuck wearing the same shoes from last year. If I knew I was going to be frauded or scammed I would have went into a local store but my kids really wanted these. I have proved documentation I mean this this person has a LLC the CEO's name is *************************** he is the one who is running this he is the one reaching out and scamming people he's the one behind the custom sneakers he's the one that has me think had me thinking that I was paying for some shoes that I already receiving and he just stole my money. I also will include a screenshot showing how he blocked me on tick tock so I could not contact him or find him anymore but there is a thing in the conversation showing that it was his account it says ***** splash cuz his video is no longer available in the conversation and our conversation log.

    The owner of ******* LLC messaged a friend of mines onTikTok because a few months back she was going to order shows through his company and he gave her his new contact number. The number he provided is ************. He has me blocked from contacting him about my money. I just really need my money back. I hope this will help you get me a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your help.
