Very poor customer service and organization, sent my paperwork FOUR times, in THEIR envelopes, and they claim they still haven't received it. I have tracking numbers, so I know they received it. Yet, they refuse to take it electronically, although their "mailroom" take weeks to open an envelope??. Very dissatisfied, hope NYL finds another SS contractor soon.Advantage 2000 Consultants Inc

5 starsThis company helped my husband get disability and they were very friendly plus followed up quick. We were denied and they filed another claim and we won. The denial was due to the surgeon saying my husband was fine, but he hadn't seen him or evaluated him in 7 months, after the doctor evaluation we won. Follow up people and keep trying!!!!!
I used this company because 2 other friends had success with Advantage 2000!!

Horrible company! Current rep lacks any empathy whatsoever and does an extremely poor job doing her job - **** ** Make sure you communicate directly with SSA as Advantage 2000 will not advocate on your behalf - the work they do is unprofessional, unethical & downright sloppy.Advantage 2000 Consultants Inc
