Ardi, the owner of AMA Energy, said the water damage inside the house (ceiling, wall and balcony door trim of the master bedroom) is because the seals on my solar panels had separated from the footing which is allowing water to drip through the holes. On July 19, 2024, AMA Energy took off all 31 of my solar panels, resealed the footings of each bracket with Solar Seal and installed Drip Edge on Gables. On September 23, 2024, I notified (voice message and texts) Ardi that I now have water leaks coming into the garage and also the same place in the master bedroom. There was no response from him so I called and texted again on September 27, 2024. We did speak on the 27th, and he stated he and a roofer will come between 2:00-3:00 the same day. Nobody showed up and he did not respond to any of my calls or texts on that day or any day after. On October 1, 2024, a roofer came to check this situtation and he indicated the seal AMA used had already separated in some areas. The roofer stated 4 panels' brackets need to be redone, but with his recommended sealent material and method. I shared this information with Ardi multiple times and I have received absolutely no response from him. Now I am in the process of hiring different company and spending more money to correct this problem. Additionally, all of the work the painter did and some of the door trim work which was completeld in July now has to be redone as well.

About a month ago we paid AMA about $60,000 when all receipts are added up.The business owner ************* and his crew installed a new roof and solar panels on our garage and the panels appear to be in working order. However, we are in a stuck position because AMA did not procure the permits from either the city nor Ameren and therefore we cannot turn on the solar panels.Snags have occured going back to last November with this company and phone calls are not answered. We have no idea what to do next so your suggestions are welcomed.

AMA Energy Solutions installed solar panels on our new garage roof without getting permits in the city of ********. They also installed the panels flat instead of at an angle as proposed in our contract and water sits on top of the panels when it rains. We are now stuck with solar panels that cannot operate and the contractor will not answer or return our calls to explain anything about the process. Ameren is awaiting a response from the company and the whole process is at a standstill. Any help is appreciated.
