    We had solar installed early in 2022. It was commissioned on March 29th 2022 since that time it has worked for only about 6 weeks out of 10 months never consecutive. They have made numerous trips here to no avail. They have contacted Generac to help them solve the problem. The problems are still ongoing. We've had numerous technicians from EFS energy and generac. Now we are paying a solar payment and electric bill on top of that.

    *************************** site is commissioned, has been turned over to the customer and is producing the power we promised. As our customer has stated there were a variety of challenges associated with his particular project which is why we had to go out to his home repeatedly, and at no additional cost to the customer, to get him the operable system that we promised. The issues stemmed from a customer owned, undersized supply wire as well as step down transformer challenges and issues related to the manufacturer of the inverters. None of these issues could have been known prior to commencement of work. We expended a considerable amount of time and resources engaging with the inverter manufacturer, the utility and the customer in an effort to troubleshoot a situation that was atypical which again, is evidenced by ******************** comment of how many times we had to come back out. We never stopped or left the customer in the dark in regards to next steps. EFS was always in constant communication with **************** with every step taken. Further, we have had several interactions with **************** since this complaint was filed and we continue to service as needed. As far as we know, all complaints have been resolved.
