    I recently had a minor issue with a damaged package from All Volleyball, and their customer service was absolutely top-notch! *****, the President and Co-Owner, personally reached out to assist me and offered a creative solution to make things right. Their prompt, professional, and friendly response turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a reminder of how great customer service should be. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave to ensure my daughters Christmas gift was perfect. I highly recommend All Volleyball for their products and exceptional service!

    If youve never heard of All Volleyball Inc, thats for good reason. If youre here deciding if you should trust them with your order - Dont. This company is fraudulent and dishonest. They also have some of the worst customer service in the industry. Many large volleyball clubs I am affiliated with do not use or recommend them for these reasons. There are far better online vendors for volleyball gear. See many of the other 1 star reviews online. Volleyball forums often mention their poor ethics, extremely dishonest return re stocking fees, and accusations of shipping used items despite advertising them as new. This company and the family who run it are scamming buyers and unapologetic when customer service is contacted. Avoid them, there are much more trusted and ethical companies to order through.

    We work hard everday to serve the volleyball community, but in this case, we were wrong to charge such a high restocking fee for shoes that were ***********. We've refunded the customer in full and have relaxed our returns policy for situations like this.

    I would recommend staying far away. Do not purchase from them. They have one of the worse return policies I've seen by a small company. They have no exchange policy. None. They sell ************ and clothing and you can't exchange anything. But they will take $9.95 to return it so you can buy another size that hopefully will work. The description on one of the products we purchased was blatant false advertising and they just dis not care. You could tell that the service rep had heard all of my complaints before, her responses gave the impression that she wasn't surprised by any of it and she really had no interest in doing anything about it. Wish I would have read the reviews of others first. I'll be sharing this warning throughout my volleyball community and hopefully it will help someone out.

    Hi ********, I am so sorry for the experience you had with us! This is not how we want our orders to go. It is true that we no longer offer traditional exchanges because by the time the packages come back to us, inventory is changing so quickly that what customers wanted to exchange for was out of stock, leaving the customer without any options. We decided to go the return and new order route so customers could get their new items right away. We do charge $9.95 if you choose to use our optional prepaid return label to send returns back. Sometimes that is cheaper that sending it back yourself and other times that is more expensive.That all being said, the way you were treated in your interaction with our customer service rep is not close to our expectations. We will escalate this directly to the Sales Manager to take care of. When a customer calls, we should do whatever we can to find a solution - in this case, it should have been (at a minimum):1. Offering a free return label for the product that wasn't advertised properly on our site (and for any other item you wanted to return from this order).2. Ensuring you that we will update our site with the proper information after discovering it was incorrect.3. Help you place a new order with free shipping if that is what you wanted to do.Again, I am so sorry for the experience you had with us. While we understand that this all might be too little, too late, I will still escalate this to management and have them reach out personally to see if there is anything we can do now.Thank you for your time in bringing this to our attention! *********************************** *************************************
