Starting in Feb of 2025, I noticed that I was being double charged for my storage unit. The cost of my storage unit is normally $150 but has risen to $180. I would pay the business on the 3rd of the month, since I get my check then, however the manager, ***, would still say that I owe $182 on the 12th of every month. I feel like this unfair, because I should only be paying once a month, not twice. The storage unit I use is located *******************************************************************************. I have the contract and bank statements for clarification.

      **** is not the tenant.

Tenant has been notified and agreed to have **** stop calling multiple times to dispute the account. ******* stated he would take care of it.

There have been no duplicate payments and one rent raise legally notified.

      Lease Attached.

Ledger Attached with copy of note conversation with tenant.

Manchester Rd Location I have a storage unit with this business who has sent notice that on 9/17/24 my possessions will be auctioned off. I have sent them a combination of money orders and checks in order to pay the required bills. I have also written letters to the business that they have not responded to.

We have received no checks or money orders. Please provide your receipts to the bank for refunds and stop payment on any checks, submitting full payment due before the auction date. To hear your account balance on the day you submit payment dial the store number and hit promote two. We do not accept partial payments. The auction will continue.

Why did you state you could not pay online for unit *********************************************************************** a text dated August 23rd, you also stated you did not need any further assistance after you were sent all the workable options to make a payment including online, meaning you knew there were no payments for 631 at that point. At no time did you state we had funds in our possession unit now.

There will be no future follow-up to this complaint as this is an example of what we are dealing with. Make your payment using the multiple options available to you.

      Thank you

Location: ************************************************************************************* I had two storage units rented out right next to each other (631, 632). I accidentally fell behind on my payments and my unit 632 went to auction. I did not discover that until after the auction had occurred. I had gotten a call from **** and was told if I could come in and pay $992 I could gather my belongings so i did so on 8/6. I did sign something saying I would vacate but my daughter was given the option of renting out the unit which is what we did. We took the application and I dropped off the application. I attempted to make contact the entire next week and no one answered. I physically went up to the location and talked to **** but he was busy and had to leave. I noticed they cut my lock off on the 632 unit and I asked about it. It should be on their cameras that I dropped off the application. I&#**;ve been trying to make contact to find out how to make a payment and he business has been unresponsive. I am unable to make payments online. I am concerned about the sentimental items I have in unit 632 and just need to speak to someone. The general manager has been extremely rude, has hung up on me, has threatened to call the police on me, and has told staff not to provide any information to me. The issue is that they gave me the option of my daughter renting the unit so I would have time to gather my items and took my money and now they won&#**;t give me any information on my unit. I have been trying to get a resolution since 8/11/24.

She keeps changing addresses on us stating she never got the notices and even has flipped her emails. We were physically showing and handing her a lien letter in our parking lot. She was aware that the auction was happening. We allowed her to sign something saying she would vacate, this is correct. She acknowledges she signed it. We gave her extra time, more than 24 hours. The document she signed mentions nothing about her daughter getting the unit. Her second unit she wont pay it. She claims she was blocked from doing so, which has been undone and was done so before any fees were added. We have mailed by certified mail much like before. We sent to the last signed address, if she keeps changing it we can't know that until we see it. At this point she needs to get out. We have documentation on our side that will prove we have promised nothing. She ignored the bills, she ignored the liens, we have handed it to her physically and still ignored what was given. She has had every opportunity to pay, she has many options, we have told her this many times.
