      We took or taxes to them about a month ago and they still have not finished them and this is tax deadline. They dont return phone calls and emails in a timely matter is at all. They keeps saying they will be done on a specific day the date passes and they are not done and they dont contact us about them.

      March 2022, I hired this company to do my 2021 tax filings. I took all my documents including my *************************************************** and have not completed the job. I have been trying for months to reach them to get my documents back so I can hire someone else to complete my taxes. They are never at the office, do not return my messages or emails.

      June 20, 2022, I hired this company to file my taxes for me, they have not filed anything yet, I am now being penalized for being late. I can not get any confirmation from this company, nor will they provide me all of my documents to take elsewhere. I have tried to call them 13 times, and went there personally, no one will answer to myself or to law enforcement.
