I had my car towed there recently. It died and wouldn't start. They said they would have to diagnose it. I stopped by and they said the engine was flooded. They changed 8 spark plugs, 8 coil packs, changed the number 4 cylinder fuel injector. They said it was leaking. They also checked the fuel pressure, compression check and changed the oil because they said it was contaminated with gas. They also told me the exhaust was filled with gas. The car still wouldn't start. The owner wanted payment for the work that was already done before they went any further. I paid them $881.21. The mechanic thought that if they disconnected the exhaust behind the exhaust manifold it would help the car breath and it might start. I don't know if they did that or not. The owner wanted me to just tow it out of there and use it for a parts car. They never did get it running. They pushed it out and left it in a parking space for 2 days. After it was there for a total of 10 days I figured they didn't know what they were doing and didn't want to work on it anymore. I got fed up and towed it out of there. So basically I paid all this money for nothing. I was totally ripped off by this place. I would have been better off just junking when it died instead of wasting money at this place.

The vehicle was towed in for a crank/no start condition after the customer had called wanting an estimate for a fuel pump. Customer was ok with the fuel pump estimate but was advised that some diagnosis and preliminary tests would be recommended prior to replacing a fuel pump. Customer approved the diagnostic time. Upon the diagnostics a fuel pressure test was performed and found to be adequate, but no spark was present. A vehicle scan was performed where a number 4 injector was found to be underperforming and continued to remove and inspect all 8 spark plugs and ignition coils to find fuel-soaked spark plugs. The customer was invited into the shop to verify our findings and agreed to proceed with spark plugs and injector replacement along with 3 ignition coils that the customer provided and the other 5 coil boots that we provided along with an oil change due to the oil being fuel contaminated. The estimate was agreed upon knowing that this was the next step and no guarantee that the vehicle would start and run properly was given. After the agreed work was performed the vehicle did momentarily start and ran but was running rough and fuel started to come out of the exhaust. The customer was then invited back into the shop where he was then advised that fuel was in the exhaust and or the intake. At that point the customer paid up the agreed amount discussed and wanted to proceed with disconnecting the exhaust to ensure that the catalytic converters were not clogged and stated that he did not want to go any further than that and pull the intake manifold as that would require multiple hours of labor that he did not want to get into pay for. At that point the exhaust was disconnected and did not help the vehicle run. At that point the customer was informed and declined any further time being spent on the next step and the vehicle was pushed out of the bay onto the parking lot. The customer then had the vehicle towed from the lot outside of business hours.
