    On August 15 I brought my car and it had a punctured tire. It was brand new tire I purchased elsewhere. They had a higher price for fixing a hole than other shops, but I didn't mind spending ten extra dollars because of convenience. The problem started when their employee drove my car closer to ************ and didn't realize that tire was very flat, therefore ruining the tire completely. The owner refused to fix the issue instead blaming me for the incident. The owner and employee in question has firearms visible in their waist, and I felt intimidated to leave the property. Beforehand I was offered to buy a used tire for $100 and I obviously denied because new tire for my car costs way less than that. I felt that it was another intimidation tactic by the owner.
