  I had the brakes replaced on my van. Afterwards, the steering was too tight. I took it back two weeks later. Telle then decided the power steering pump was bad. They replaced the pump which did NOT fix the problem and I was charged an additional $1000. I took it to 2 other **** dealerships, costing an additional $2000, and they could not fix the problem that Telle Tire had caused. I am guessing Telle bent something during the installation of the brakes but no one seems to be able to fix the problem. It still pulls to the left. I would discourage anyone from trusting their vehicle with this company.

  Buyer beware. There is a reason this is a two star rated business that should be a one star business. I purchased a battery there in April 2022. Their cheap batteries come with only a two year warranty. In April 2024 the battery was replaced under warranty two weeks before the warranty expired. That new (or so I thought new) battery failed in December of 2024. Only then was I informed the replacement battery had only A TWO WEEK WARRANTY and they would NOT replace this new battery after 7 months. Who does that? *** called 9 other shops and NONE do that- they ALL start the warranty period over. Not Telle. Perhaps they put used batteries in to get you through their warranty period????8

  They are a money hungry business. I have a perfectly running **** ranger and they said it needed $1.700 worth of work that it doesn't need someone needs to shut this scamming business down.

  A bunch of liars and thieves! Women beware! Went in to get my car inspected. Staff was super friendly and helpful and even gave my kids popsicles while we waited. They told me my car failed inspection but had kindly written up a quote for all the work that needed done. 2k in parts in labor for ball joints and new breaks. They said my breaks were so bad that the metal was showing. I dont wear a wedding band (religious reasons) so Im sure they thought there would would be no one to catch them in their lie. My husband bought all the parts they said needed repaired and cleared a day to fix it only to find out that all my ball joints were just fine and there was plenty of pad left on my breaks! Took it to the place I normally get inspections and guess what-it passed no problem!

  As the customer stated, the vehicle was towed in as the vehicle would not start. After performing several tests, we were able to confirm that the starter had failed and needed replacement. Once the starter was replaced, we were able to confirm that the engine would start, and the vehicle was then released at that time to the customer. As the customer stated, shortly after driving away they started experiencing drivability concerns. As also stated, we towed the vehicle back at no charge to the customer to evaluate the situation better and verify what may be the issue. Once the vehicle returned, we were able to confirm an oil leak that was coming towards the top of the engine and what we suspect to be from the intake manifold which is not in the same area as which the starter is located. We advised the customer that we need to take the vehicle to another one of our locations that has the ability to better diagnose and repair more in-depth engine repairs/diagnostics. We are happy to diagnose the vehicle at no charge and will gladly cover any costs if the repairs needed are related to when the starter was replaced. However, if the repairs are not related to the repairs we recently performed, then the customer would be responsible for the cost. The customer declined us to further diagnose at another one of our locations citing a lack of trust. We are happy to take the vehicle to one of our locations for further diagnosis/testing if the customer is willing to do so.

  AMAZING Service! I had a bolt in my tire and I needed it to be fixed the same day, as my car does not have a spare. Telle Tire in *************************** was the closest tire repair shop to where I was, so I decided to give it a try. Wow! So happy I did! They were friendly, fast, and very knowledgable. I now have a new tire shop! Thank you!

  BEWARE BEWARE these people are ******! Paid $400 for 1 yes ONE spark plug and coil. Original price was $580, but I received a discount LOL. Funny thing is day before I was quoted $480 for all 4 plugs and coil. So how did the price go UP $100 for LESS work!! Funny right?

  Now I'm talking about the Telle *********** Center on ********* in ******************, **. For the last five years or more I've been going back here because they have set me up with excellent tires, and keep me aware of the maintenance on my car. They truly try to make auto repairs as positive for the customer as they can: No unnecessary costs Considerate customer ********************** (and fast) Offer loaner vehicle when needed Convenient waiting area (with refreshments) Special offers (and this is just my personal experience) I've noticed other happy customers also.

  I went here to have my vehicle inspected for renewing my plates. The inspection failed, and I was assessed a finding of over $2,000 of work to be done in order for it to pass. When I advised that I would wait and see what I could manage, I was told that they finance. When I said "that's ok" I was then pressured into having them finance the amount and have them fix it. When I said no, I was followed out to my vehicle and was told I needed new tires (which I had previously gotten within the last year.) They tried to tell me that they were going bald (they were not) and tried to push into buying four new tires.I went to a different location to have the inspection done again, and it passed. There was a slight wobble in the tie rod, but it was not bad enough to fail. I went ahead and had it replaced for $210.Needless to say, I will never recommend Telle Tire, and will make sure my story is heard.
