      I paid this company to replace the brakes, rotors, and hoses on my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle and immediately noticed the same issues I had before they repaired it. They admitted that they had not repaired the vehicle as promised, but they were not going to give me a refund or do any additional repairs to my vehicle. I was told that I will need over $700.00 more to another company to do the same repairs I just paid this company to do.

      ****** **** had zisser tire replace front brake pads ,rotors, one brake hose and one caliper.  This work was performed on 8/03/22 we then did some more work on the front end for different issues. she asked us to look at the brakes again at this time because she was hearing a squeak this was on 8/19/22. we looked and saw nothing wrong with the brakes, also the service manager and manager both drove the car and did not here any noise. We then drove the car again on 10/01/22 still did not here any noise. This time i had two people go at one time to see if anyone would here this noise still no noise. Not any time was this customer ever told that we did not perform the work she was charged for. This customer over the years has been very disruptive and accusatory about work performed and this time when she then said we didn't even perform the work and just charged her without even doing anything was the last straw. She was then told zisser tire would no longer work on her vehicles. If she would like to bring us the front brake pads, rotors, one front brake caliper and one front brake hose back that we installed we will give her the money back for those parts only. We do have receipts for the parts that went on her car with part numbers.
