    On a coupled of occasions I have come into store and bought product that were combustible or needed to be refilled. When I took one of the devices home it blew up in my hand while trying to use it. Upon bringing said devices back and trying to get a refund, I was put onto a new device. I was charged for a new item and it had the same thing happen. Having spent money repeatedly and broken devices, I returned the most recent device and tried to get a refund. The owner refused to give me a refund and would only offer me a 50% discount on another item for the problems I've had.

    THIS CUSTOMER BOUGHT A DEVICE FROM US.  HE CAME BACK LATER AND SAID THE DEVICE WAS BROKEN.  HE DID NOT BRING THE BROKEN DEVICE WITH HIM.  I ASKED HIM TO GO GET THE DEVICE AND BRING IT BACK.  HE NEVER BROUGTH THE BROKEN DEVICE BACK INTO THE STORE.  I OFFERED TO GIVE HIM ANOTHER DEVICE OF THE SAME TYPE FOR FREE.  HE DID NOT WANT THAT.  HE WANTED A MORE EXPENSIVE DEVICE.  I TOLD HIM I WOULD GIVE HIM HALF OFF OF THE MORE EXPENSIVE DEVICE.  HE DID NOT WANT THAT EITHER.  I ASKED HIM TO BRING THE BROKEN DEVICE BACK TO THE STORE AND I WOULD REFUND HIS MONEY IN FULL.  HE LEFT THE STORE AND CAME BACK LATER STATING HE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
