    This establishment will sell tickets 3 mins till close but then kick you out as soon as you walk in . If they are going to sell the tickets , we should be able to finish the experience. They literally shut the lights off on us and made us leave almost as soon as we got in . If they aren't going to let people do the experience , why are they still allowed to sell the tickets. Stop selling them at a certain time so people aren't wasting their money !!

    I did not receive a reciept but I can pull my bank statement up or I can contact my financial institution to see if they can send me proof of payment

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do wish I had contacted the business beforehand , they provided exceptional service to me outside of the isolated incident and I believe they would have done the same regardless if the BBB was involved. They seemed very apologetic and sincere . I do appreciate their response and understanding on my end as well !
