    *** had a bad experience with this company two of the men Ive had encounters with are very rude and do not listen to clear instructions from the customers.

    I experienced the worst customer service experience I have ever dealing with this company. Unfortunately, they were dispatched to my location through my insurance company after being involved in an accident. Needless to say, my vehicle was towed to an unknown location without my knowledge or consent. To add insult to injury, the owner *** was extremely rude, belligerent, disrespectful and unprofessional. The tow truck driver by the name of **** came to remove my vehicle from the accident scene and was relayed the incorrect address, however, he called me directly to advise that he was in front of an insurance company after I had already advised of the exact location of where my vehicle was to be towed. In the meantime, **** must have informed his manager, *** that he could not find the dealership of where I had already informed him of where to take my vehicle and **** proceeded to follow ***'s orders and tow my vehicle to ***'s tow storage yard/impound that was 30 mins out of my way. I was not informed neither did the tow truck call to let me know where my vehicle was towed to. I was FURIOIUS at this point because I had to call around and try and locate my vehicle and no one ever communicated my vehicles whereabouts. I contacted Beeline Towing after finding the number online and spoke with ***. He was irate and upset when I was asking about my vehicle and how did it get towed to his lot on N. Market Street in the downtown area when it should have been towed to a dealership that was less than 10 mins from the accident scene!!!!!!!!!!! *** began yelling after I asked him questions about MY vehicle and if it was in a safe place because the window was shattered out and the driver side door would not shut due to the accident and the car was unsecure. I told him the way the entire situation went I didn't know what was going on and I wanted to know where my car was towed. If I could give a -10 stars on this company and the owner I would. Too much for words!!!!!!!
