    RR Towing and Recovery provided a tow service for me on May 3, 2025. I agreed to and signed a work order for the services for a total of $1,728.00. After I was told a driver would be to my location in 2 hours I received a phone call that a truck and driver was at the end of the street and would not proceed without another $800. I did not sign a work order for this and got a phone call from a driver 2 hours later that was just dispatched and was not even on his was and had to wait for another 2 hours for a total of 6+ hours. I agreed to and signed the order of $1,728 and that is fair, however I am not responsible for this rediculous charge. The tow truck driver that arrived on site said this company does this to customers constantly and I want to file a complaint.

    On April 24, 2024 rapid response transport picked up my vehicle which was a 2002 Ford expedition to bring it to me to my location which was approximately 20 miles when the vehicle showed up in my driveway. It was a tow truck with the back up in the air in the front tires on the ground, this is a 4 x 4 as he was pulling into my driveway or should I say backing into my driveway? I noticed smoke coming from the front end after the vehicle was put in place I walked around and seen that the whole driver side area by the tire was smoking really bad and I asked him why it was smoking. He says I don’t know upon that. He said well it looks like you have a bad rotor caliper. I said that cannot be because they are brand new and I have the old ones stilland they were replaced he says well then I don’t know then put my vehicle in the driveway. The hubcap fell off because it was melted so bad. This is very upsetting and I’m sure that they will not make it right as a mom of special needs children who need to get to school ect I’m stuck now I’m not rich and barley make it now I’m out of a Vehicle that’s much needed
