On 10/12/2024 The richmond heights police department in ******************** contacted terry's towing to tow my vehicle. It was stated to the officer that my family own a tow trucking company and someone was on their way. The officer said the car needed to be towed now because it was in the way of traffic which it wasnt and I have pictures and documents backing that up. I was charged $194 to tow my car home which was approximately 13 mins from where my car was. Now Im finding out that Terrys Towing is contracted through the police and this happens a lot. During the process of ***** worker ****** towing my vehicle, he began to improbably tow my vehicle causing major damage. Mind you that my vehicle was ran off the side of the road. Not a ditch as ***** states and I have photos and videos proving that. Only my two front tires had minor damage and just needed to be replaced. My fianc and I contacted ***** himself immediately after. ***** said send him the bill. He also stated that I need to get the car tow to land rover collision. And I did just that. ********** sent over a invoice with the damages that was caused by the tow truck which ***** advised leaving out the tires. Since then ***** has refused to give the information of his insurance company. ***** agreed that his driver did improperly tow my vehicle by dragging it which I have him record saying. Along with all of our conversations. ***** stated that I can just take him to court. ***** ******, he was negligent in their towing procedures, used improper equipment, incorrectly securing the vehicle, improperly attaching the tow truck to my vehicle, he failure to exercise due care and didnt take precautions to prevent damage. At one point in time ***** stated that my insurance should pay and he will pay them. Not his insurance but him. I stated my insurance do not have to pay anything caused by your driver. Then he asked for my insurance or he will not move forward. Its recorded My anxiety is up.

I strongly disagree with the response. However yes my car was in my fianc possession at that time, which everything was photographed and recorded. Such as the damages that were caused on our end, as well as before the towing started, during the towing process and after the towing process. Which I wasnt able to upload them all. My car sit over 40 minutes after Maryland Heights police contacted ***** towing to tell my vehicle without any fluid leaking. ***** towing, tow my vehicle improperly along with dragging it knowing that it already had previous damages to the tires. He refuse to tow and handle it with care. ***** asked for me to tow it to land Rover collision and get an invoice of only the damages caused by his tow truck I did just that as well as sent the over all the video footage to them. Now ***** wants me to contact my insurance company and let them pay and he pay them directly himself. I disagree! I can pay for the damages thats were caused on my end myself and only want him to cover his damages. He still fails to pay are contact his insurance and allow them to handle it

I have recorded all calls between ***** the owner of Terrys Towing and I. My car was never in a car accident nor hit anything. There wasnt any damages or fluid leaking caused on our end. I have all videos and photos backing this up. ***** agreed that his tow truck guy did improperly tow my vehicle when he strapped a strap to my tire and began to drag it. I have that recorded as well.

On 4/27/23 The richmond heights police department in saint louis missouri contracted terry's towing to tow and impound my vehicle. On 5/16/23 I paid the towing and impound fee's that Terry's towing required to release my vehicle. At first site, there was quite a bit of damage to the vehicle.( broken passenger mirror, and multiple scrapes and scratches). When my vehicle was towed all of my personal belongings, everything I own, Was inside the vehicle. When I inspected all my property, I noticed a lot of my belongings missing. Most notable I was missing a very large custom model car collection with a value of over a thousand dollars. When I spoke to the people at Terry's towing, they very simply told me to file a police report. Filing a police report is not going to return my property or reimburse me for the value of it. On a side note, the police officer that had the vehicle towed, commented on how nice my collection was, and how expensive it was for me to aquire. I am willing to look past the vehicle damage, but I would like to have my collection returned to me or have compensation for it.
